The 36" Chain Link Fence Fabric Stretcher Bar is used to stretch chain link fabric of any gauge and height. It can be pulled by hand, or be used with a ratchet / come-a-long. The stretcher hooks up to a tension bar, which is inserted through the wire, this enables you to get equal force on the top, middle and bottom hooks, and ensures an even stretch.
