Aluminum Acorn Post Caps are typically used on chain link terminal posts: corner posts, end posts, and gate posts. The caps fit on the post snugly, and serve to keep water out, which can prematurely rust your posts. Caps also keep insects like wasps and bees from building nests inside your posts. Typically, aluminum caps are used on residential chain link fences, but they work just as well on commercial fencing since they serve no weight bearing function that would wear them out over time.

Installation
Place Aluminum Acorn Cap over top of your chain link post and work it down. Tap lightly with a hammer or rubber mallet (preferred) until tight.
