The Bufftech Chesterfield with Huntington Accent Replacement Deco Top Rail is a 2" x 6" x 95" rail that sits at the top of the fence section and holds the tongue & groove pickets in place. This rail is a replacement for damaged section or gate rails. You do not have to order this rail to build a new section because the rails are included with the section.
