Chain Link Drop Rod Guides are used to hold 1-3/8" drop rods for securing double chain link gates. The guide attaches to your gate frame, and you slide your drop rod through the 1-3/8" opening. Typically 2 Guides are used per drop rod. These are commercial / industrial quality guides that are typically only used on heavy duty chain link gates. A custom drop rod can be built with a piece of 1-3/8" O.D. pipe and a drop rod fork. We also sell pre-built drop rods for this exact purpose.
