Color Male Hinges are designed to be paired with color female hinge to create a complete chain link gate hinge. The male hinge connects to your gate post, while the female hinge connects to your gate uprights. To hang the gate, you simply insert the male pin into the female pin hole. Strap hinges are typically used on residential and commercial swing gates, they are easy to install, and use, and are the most commonly used gate hinge.

Installation
Install Male Gate Hinges on your chain link gate post using an appropriately sized 3/8" carriage bolt. Slide female hinges (attached to gate upright) onto male hinge pin.
Tip: If your hinges get scratched, you can touch them up with a can of spray paint. We sell custom formulated paint to match the powder coat, or you can have your own mixed.
