The package arrived undamaged. The packaging from the manufacturer is very poor. The hardware came in a small box so there was no problem. The Beam Hanger parts were loose in the main part of the box which causes them to move about each time the box is moved which causes marks on the parts as they move around. I find this unacceptable for such an expensive item particularly as the box moves a lot form the manufacturer in China to the end user in the USA.
