Our Mushroom Shaped, Galvanized Chain Link Centerstop is designed to be used with drop rods (aka. cane bolts) on a double drive chain link gate. Centerstops alleviate the need to drill holes in the ground to place your drop rods; holes can often freeze up during winter if not properly drained.
Installation
Installation is easy: Install in the ground so that the gap in the centerstop is parallel to your gate line. Drop your bolts into the centerstop when the gate is closed, and they can't move. If you want to open the gate, lift up on your drop rods to clear the centerstop, and swing open.
