- Classroom Function – The outside lever can be locked or unlocked by a key, allowing it to remain in either state as needed. The inside component (panic bar, handle, etc) is always unlocked, ensuring free egress at all times. This function is ideal for environments where controlled access is necessary, but free exit must be maintained.
- Storeroom Function – The outside lever is always locked and requires a key for entry, ensuring the door remains secure when closed. The inside component (panic bar, handle, etc) remains unlocked for immediate egress. This function is suitable for areas that require high security, such as storage rooms.
